Video 1 of 3 - "Sports Ball" Release of Hips

Here's what we are going to do:

The tennis-ball-press technique is the master key to releasing the tight tissue that is negatively affecting the nerve that innervates your scrotum.

Just follow along with the video and find all the tender tissue you can in your buttocks (especially the lower half), press into those spots by sitting on a ball with the weight of your body at the level you can still relax into, and then motion your leg in a way that make that tight tissue that the tennis ball is pressing into move.

This is a rinse and repeat technique. You just keep doing it everywhere you find tight tissue on both sides of your buttocks.

How much scrotum pain relief does this technique provide? This alone could eliminate your pain.

Video 2 of 3 - Pelvic Floor, Obturator Internus Release

Here's what we're going to do:

A. - Pelvic Floor, Obturator Internus Release

We'll be focusing on a muscle called your obturator internus , and it definitely requires a video for you to understand what the technique is. It's too confusing otherwise. It along with the other muscles in your pelvic floor can affect the nerves that innervate your scrotum. It alone can be a cause of scrotum pain.

Video 3 of 3 - Hip Stretch and ASSESS

Here's what we're going to do:

The three stretches in this video are: The Reclined Hip Stretch, The Seated Hip Stretch and The Twisted Hip Stretch.
The way to get the most out of these stretches is to take the time to do them properly, and while doing them properly, notice where there is still tension that you can release with the tennis-ball-press technique.

The combination of doing these stretches and being able to fine-tune your work with the tennis-ball-press technique is very powerful.

Feel free to spend as much time as you need to with these techniques. If you release all the tension in your hips there is a very good chance your scrotum pain will go away immediately.

Self-Assessment
Scrotum Pain Relief

Okay, so it's time to figure out where you stand after going through all the videos at least once. A fair number of people email me telling me that the muscles in their lower buttocks is extremely tight, and very painful to work on. If that's the case with you then I want to recommend that you should only work as deeply as you can relax into when applying pressure to your tight tissue. This may mean using less bodyweight, a softer ball, a bigger ball on a softer surface, or anything else you can do to work on the tight tissue in a manner that is not torturous, but presses on the tissue at a level that allows you to properly do the techniques.

Pressing less hard means it may take a little bit longer to release the tight tissue than some other folks, but for you it will be faster because being able to relax into the pressure you apply will actually get you faster results.

So, all that said, now it's time to ask yourself if your scrotum pain relief efforts have paid off. Is your scrotum pain any better?
Are there areas you need to revisit?
Do you need to adjust your technique and maybe apply a bit less pressure, so you can more effectively do the techniques?
Do you need to change the type of ball you are using or the surface you are doing the techniques on?
After answering the above questions, assess what needs to be done and dive back in!
